New Service Installation Directions

These documents depict the typical installation directions for connecting natural gas service to your structure. You should insure all Federal, State, and local codes are observed when installing natural gas service lines as these directions do not override any codes.

Stop / Terminate Service

If you move from our service area or you move from one location to another within our service area, your existing account with Natural Energy Utility Corporation must be closed. We do require 3 working days’ notice. This can only be done through our office by calling 606-324-3920. Upon request to continue service, a reconnect fee of $50 will be charged and paid before service start-up.
